Welcome to Water Taxi Beach Long Island City! Boasting 1,002 tons of sand spread over 44,000 square feet and spectacular views of the midtown Manhattan skyline, Water Taxi Beach is fun in the sun by day and a serious playground for the 21+ crowd at night.
The first of the all Water Taxi Beaches, this location now in its 5th amazing season! Catch some shade under the tent, play a game of beach volleyball or wiggle your toes in the sand while enjoying scrumptious food and refreshing drinks from the Burger Shack & Bar. Our award-winning Motz Burgers, mouth watering pulled pork sandwiches and a variety of Stahl-Meyer hotdogs fuel the party from mid-day until well past sunset. Pitchers of red wine sangria keep the mood here relaxed and friendly.
