Description:
The Circus invites you to Spotlight, its not just a party...an
event. A dozen clowns, stilt walkers, contortionists, magicians,
freaks and so much more in the only room big enough to hold
it.
There are 4 floors, 4 bars, 2 rooms of music and an outdoor
terrace above times square.
