Fashion designers Sandra Baquero and MKB are featuring their Spring 2011 Runway Collections.
About Designers:
Sandra Baquero is a Colombian born designer. Her collections are best described as cruise or resort wear. At the moment, the collections are entirely made in the U.S. Each Sandra Baquero collection offers her customers seasonless style, with the comfort and practicality, which can be worn from day into evening. Influenced by her background, culture and keen eye for design, each collection incorporates a wonderful mix of vibrant colors and prints. Sandra creates all her designs keeping various body types in mind allowing every woman to feel great about herself.
MKB by Kellie and Amie Hockless, A multifaceted fashion outlet for design, style and personal enhancement, in December of 2010 launched its host of services including personal styling and personal shopping services, and its redesigned and styled vintage clothing line, known as MKB.
With a special eye for discovering and appreciating the value in hidden gems while vintage shopping, sisters, Kellie and Amie Hockless along with their mother, Mary have created the MKB collection complete with designer pieces, accessories and redesigned and enhanced treasures. The Mama Knows Best team is inspired by bright, vintage colors and prints and enjoy adding modern flare to each piece.
Jewelry by Louise Manna - NYC born Nicole Louise is an innovative jewelry designer with a background in clothing design. Her most current Body Art Jewelry collection introduces color with the elements of silk thread, antiqued and blackened metals. Versatile neck, wrist and ankle designs conceptually adjoin jewelry into art for the body. A Louise Manna piece works for the body with function, versatility, and longevity in its form.
Jewelry by J. Rudy Lewis creates art jewelry with a fashion bent. Coming from a fine jewelry background by way of archaeology, his current collection quotes Victorian era styles using real materials: golds, silver, copper, leather; materials with a primal force that could be found and used at most points in human history. J. Rudy Lewis combines into his jewelry collections the raw edge of his diverse background with the elegance gleaned from history and a mastery of artistic techniques, creating designs that include cuffs, necklaces, rings, cuff links, earrings, pendants, pins, rings and even belt buckles.
